Liz Caswell brings more than 25 years of IT experience to her role as Director of Service Operations at The Network Support Company (TNSC). As Director of Service Operations, Liz is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service delivery department, telecom, MSP, and Florida co-location and the telecom departments. She is highly dedicated to delivering the best service possible to TNSC’s customers, which is one of the reasons for TNSC’s exemplary quality score ratings.
Liz’s IT experience covers the range from technician to project management to departmental director. Liz joined TNSC in 2004 as an account manager, where she excelled in the timely delivery of services and developing strong relationships with clients and the TNSC team. Prior to joining The Network Support Company, Liz was the Information Technology Manager for Goodrich Corporation in Danbury, CT.
Liz has attended the University of Western Connecticut, Waterbury State Technical College, and the Computer Processing Institute of Bridgeport.
