The Network Support Company (TNSC) has a multitude of projects and initiatives going on each month. The company has come a long way in its 12 years and is headed in a positive upward direction. We have had tremendous growth expanding our personnel and we are always looking to improve our skills through the newest and most updated training/technology available.
We are a very community minded company, and giving back is an integral part of our mission as an organization.
Investments continue to be made with engineering training/certifications, internal systems to improve call handling, customer dispatching, reporting, client statements and most importantly client satisfaction.
Also, The Network Support Company has spent a lot of time, effort and expense in providing education for our customers as well. This has come in the form of live seminars, technology days at our headquarters as well as online webinars covering some of the hottest and most important subjects in the IT world.
In 2006, TNSC enhanced its service model to proactive services known as Managed Services. TNSC launched SimplifyIT as its brand of services, and today we have more than 2000 devices we support from our Managed Service Center in Connecticut. In addition, we launched tapeless back-up services branded StoreIT along with ArchiveIT for e-mail storage and retrieval. Co-Location, Thin Client and Server Shared services have been the trend for 2008 and moving into 2009.
Enhancements have been made to our voice offering with additional voice products and voice over IP solutions (phone and security). Our Cable and Wireless Group have tripled in the past six months, and our technicians have been challenged in many specialized technical arenas.
