Why a Project Assessment?
The Network Support Company recommends a Project Assessment to gather all information regarding the environment and create a Statement of Work (SOW). This assessment provides both groups with an independent view to check whether the project is viable and meets the client’s expectations and network capabilities. The minimal requirements are:
- Have a discovery review with the client
- Examine current network and the possibilities
- Testing and validation
- Final outcome parameters
- A “road map” for both groups to use to plan for the implementation
