Connecting to your Customer Portal

You can use the Customer Portal for the following:

• View all of your service tickets – both remote support and on-site visits
• Create service requests for remote support
• View your invoices

For on-site visit scheduling please call call 203-744-2274 and follow the prompts for your account manager or e-mail RA@Network-support.com

To access the Customer portal, open Internet Explorer and go to the following address:*

 http://service.network-support.com

*NOTE: If you would like to access our customer portal, you must have a customer user account setup. Please e-mail RA@network-support.com or call 203-744-2274 to get setup. Once you have been assigned a customer user account, you will be able to login to the customer portal above.
