TNSC is frequently involved in local and national events as well as industry innovation through key partners. This area is dedicated to keeping our current and future customers and employees informed.
November 2011 TNSC participated in the Danbury Chamber of Commerce Business to Business showcase where we were able to get out and mingle with other local businesses. We held an employee social event in mid-November which was a chilly yet fun filled day tailgating and watching our UConn Huskies play at Rentschler Field.
December 2011 -The Danbury New Times did a feature article in their Inside Business Magazine which featured Jim Kennedy our founder and CEO. It was a great article and we are very proud to have been selected. Please click here to read the article.
January, 2012 -TNSC has added a new not for profit client and we are happy to be able to provide services to all of our not for profits at either reduced fees or on a gratis basis.
TNSC will be sponsoring a local Cub Scout Troop with it’s upcoming Pine Wood Derby and often supports the outside interests and activities of our employees.
TNSC has recently hired 3 new employees to our growing staff giving even more resources to help service our customers.
TNSC will be moving our offices in order to better serve the local community and the majority of our client base. We are also increasing the size of our data storage facility to a state of the art space.

The Network Support Company (TNSC) has a multitude of projects and initiatives going on each month. The company has come a long way in its 15 years and is headed in a positive upward direction. We have had tremendous growth expanding our personnel and we are always looking to improve our skills through the newest and most updated training/technology and certifications available.
We are a very community minded company, and giving back is an integral part of our mission as an organization.
Investments continue to be made with engineering training/certifications, internal systems to improve call handling, customer dispatching, reporting, client statements and most importantly client satisfaction. We are still sending out client surveys on an annual basis but are not sending them on a regular and random basis after service tickets are closed. We are eager to see how we are performing so that we can continually improve our level of service.
We very recently completed a new internal phone system upgrade.
We are getting ready to launch our brand new “Get Healthy” initiative as many of our staff have expressed in interest in losing weight and getting fit in 2012 so wish us luck.
Also, The Network Support Company has spent a lot of time, effort and expense in providing education for our customers as well. We hold several seminars a year on some of the hottest and most important subjects in the IT world. Please check our site often for upcoming events.
We have recently updated our website with a new look and feel and a more comprehensive level of detail. One of our new features include a Client Portal where our customers can enter service ticket requests, view the status of those tickets, run reports on retainer utilization and so much more.
